You understand and agree that published information may be indexed by Google and other search engines and may therefore be accessible to people searching for relevant products, manufacturers, suppliers, companies or contact information.
You also understand that information published on the public internet may be viewed, copied, shared or indexed by third parties and may remain available in search-engine results or other online locations even if the original publication is subsequently removed.
By submitting information through our publishing system, you confirm that:
- You have the authority to provide the submitted company and business information for publication.
- You have the necessary rights, permissions or authorizations to provide and authorize the publication of any contact information belonging to another person.
- The information you provide is intended for legitimate business and B2B communication purposes.
- You have read and understood this Product Publication & Advertising Consent and voluntarily authorize the publication and distribution of the information for the purposes described above.

Where a product page URL is supplied, this authorization includes retrieving publicly available product details, photographs and business contact information from that page, to the extent you have the rights and authority to authorize their use. Submissions processed by our authorized internal publication system may be published without an additional OTP verification step.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit product information or product links for publication through our online forms, mobile application, designated email addresses or official business communication channels.
