MPG Android QA — Application Overview
MPG Android QA is an internal quality-assurance and diagnostic tool operated by MP GLOBAL PARTNERS LTD for the Energy & Machinery Parts Android application and its integration with energyandmachineryparts.org. It is not a public Gmail service, product marketplace, or payment processor.
Purpose and functions
The tool operates Android emulators on an authorized VPS to test offline product drafts, local outbox persistence, image attachments, network interruptions, retry and duplicate-prevention logic, application recovery, and integration with WordPress product submission and advertising forms.
For online verification tests, the controller may request a one-time email verification code through an existing authorized website workflow, use the Gmail API with read-only permission to locate the corresponding recent verification email in the account authorized by its owner, and enter that code into the test workflow. Gmail access is not used for sending mail, marketing, deleting messages, or reading unrelated correspondence as part of the intended workflow.
Payment tests are restricted to Stripe TEST mode and test payment credentials; the tool must not initiate live charges or alter the website’s live payment configuration. A payment test must verify that its Stripe session is not live before proceeding.
Operator and access
The controller is intended for authorized project administrators and developers. Its access to Google data is granted through Google OAuth consent and can be revoked in Google Account settings. The Android application and the QA controller are separate components; the QA controller does not change the public website’s business logic as part of normal testing.
