Cancel order / Request refund

Use the number from your payment confirmation email and the Business Email used for that order.

We will email a verification code. Your order will only be cancelled after you enter the code and explicitly confirm your cancellation and refund request.

Automatic full refunds are available within 72 hours of payment if no advertising campaign has been created. Other cases require Contact Support. Opening this page does not cancel an order, and your product listing is not deleted.

Cancel order & request refund

A full refund, including the management fee, is available automatically within 72 hours of payment if no advertising campaign has been created. After 72 hours, or once advertising has started, payments are non-refundable for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with results. Mandatory legal rights and the review of duplicate or incorrect charges or services not provided as agreed are preserved. Your product listing is not deleted.

We’ll email you a code to verify that this order belongs to you. Your order will only be cancelled after you enter the code and confirm your refund request.
